Air conditioning pipe taped into the side of a kitchen waste. This is a leaking and blocking risk!

It was smelly under this house, and this is why. A lazy plumber left an open waste pipe connected into the sewer main.

This shower gully trap is a little too long. By saying a little, we mean a lot. It should not be longer than 500mm, this was 1200mm.

This fitting is glued the wrong way up. It will always hold a little toilet waste, and it is not great plumbing to reduce pipe size in the flow.

Pipes should be clipped, not hanging on the ground

This toilet pipe was lower at the left end than the right. Therefore it was always holding water, and always had issues with blocking

Water goes downhill. We went to a beauty spa whose foot basins were not draining. The issue was that water cannot flow uphill.
