What a slowly leaking shower can do.

A slow leak, or a fast leak can really cause damage. We have recently discovered two installations that were not completed properly, and have required a total redo.

Both were in backpackers in central Auckland.

Note the mould growth and the start of the wood subfloor degradation.

Another installation here is in a private residence in New Windsor.
