What happens if you install the wrong jets on a cooktop

Recently we went to a job where we had to convert a cooktop from Natural Gas to LPG.

Because of the differences between the properties of both gases you are required to get a gasfitter to change the jets, amongst other things.

This is what happens if you don’t reset the jets.
